Register 

Every paper or abstract that is awarded final acceptance for presentation is required to have at least one registered author who will attend the conference and present the work. Publication of papers in the SEIT4SD 2026 Conference Proceedings is strictly tied to conference registration and presentation. Papers will not be published without both registration and presentation.

Register

Registration guidelines 

  • All authors whose papers or abstracts are awarded final acceptance must attend the conference and present their work.

  • The corresponding author must register under one of the Author Registration categories, namely:

    1. Early Bird Registration
    2. Standard Registration
    3. Late Registration

  • Co-authors, students, and public attendees should register under the Public / Co-Author / Student Registration category.

  • All registered participants will have:

    1. Access to all technical sessions and keynote presentations
    2. Conference materials and program
    3. Electronic copy of the conference proceedings
    4. Access to networking sessions, lunch, and exhibition areas
  • All participants will receive an Attendance or Presentation Certificate.

SEIT4SD 2026 is committed to protecting your privacy. Information collected during registration is used solely for conference administration, payment processing, and communication related to the event. Your contact details may be shared only with authorized conference partners (e.g., event management platforms) strictly for operational purposes. No personal information will be shared with third parties outside the scope of conference organization.

Registration Process

All registrations for SEIT4SD 2026 are completed through the official conference registration system. 
 

Five simple steps to complete your registeration.

• Step 1: Submit Registration

  • Complete personal and affiliation details

  • Enter paper information (if applicable)

  • Select your registration category

 

  • Step 2: Invoice & Payment

    • Receive an official invoice within 3 working days

    • Make payment using the provided payment details

    • Include your Registration ID as payment reference

• Step 3: Upload Payment Receipt

  • Upload proof of payment through the registration dashboard

  • Ensure the receipt shows the correct amount and reference

• Step 4: Payment Verification

  • Payment verification typically takes 1–2 business days

  • Confirmation will be sent via email

• Step 5: Conference Access

  • Receive official Conference ID and credentials

  • Download conference badge and materials

  • Gain access to all conference sessions and networking activities
